Managing Information

This week I've started using a new way to take notes and remember things I have to do, and it's using an A5 notebook and pencil, which is quite a surprise for me.

I've been using the following tools for my work recently:

  • Clickup - used for tasks grouped by project, very handy kanban style statuses
  • Obsidian - used for general note taking and brain dumping
  • Apple reminders - used for todo list when I'm not near my computer (house clean to do list etc.)
  • Apple notes and calendar reminders - if I have an idea or todo when I'm away from my computer
  • Post it notes - similar to apple reminders, great for fewer and more personal todo items
  • And of course scrap paper
